crossfit is for everyone
Crossfit is designed to be accessible for participants of all athletic abilities and fitness levels. The key is the careful scaling of movements and the focus on developing core strength and overall conditioning. This allows everyone from complete beginners to serious athletes to participate together in the same classes. The environment is positive and friendly, where egos are left at the door. This inclusive approach makes the program welcoming for a wide range of people.
DYNAMIC WARM UP
The class starts with functional movements, stretches, and mobility work to prepare the body for the workout.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
This is the high-intensity portion of the class, where participants are given a set number of reps of particular exercises to complete as quickly as possible, or a time limit to do as many reps of an exercise as they can. The WOD challenges participants to push their limits and improve their fitness.
SKILL/STRENGTH WORK
This portion focuses on developing pure strength through specific strength-based movements, as well as working on gymnastic or other technical skills.
COOL DOWN & STRETCHING
The class concludes with either group-led or individual cool-down and stretching exercises to help the body recover and increase mobility.
why crossfit?
Commercial gyms focus on machine-based weights and long aerobic sessions. Their specialized classes often have large numbers, making it difficult for participants to receive personalized coaching.

In contrast, CrossFit classes have a limited number of participants, allowing coaches to provide individual attention and feedback to each member. The low client-to-coach ratio ensures participants receive personalized guidance on proper movement standards and technique, which is essential for safe and effective progress.
