CROSSFIT
Our CrossFit class delivers 60 minutes of functional fitness. Building your skill and strength via high intensity workouts comprising of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting. Through our program cycles we develop you to achieve 10 key fitness domains - Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Stamina, Strength, Speed.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
The Crossfit program emphasizes core strength and conditioning through movements that are fundamental to everyday life, such as pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. This functional approach to fitness aims to improve overall physical capabilities.

TEAM & SCALABILITY
The Crossfit classes are conducted in a group setting, "The Bunker," where participants work together and support each other, fostering a fun and engaging fitness community. The programming is designed for universal scalability, making it accessible to individuals of all experience levels and fitness abilities who are committed to the program.
