Our classes combine functional movements and high-intensity interval training to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness. We offer CrossFit at three levels—LIVE, PERFORM, and COMPETE—along with Hyrox ENGINE & BUILD for balanced strength and conditioning tailored for HYROX races. Additionally, our Barbell Club focuses on Olympic weightlifting to establish a solid foundation and improve your form
OUR TEAM
Joining the hyrox program in typhoon for nearly 1 year, coaches here are amazing as they are very patient and experienced to correct your forms and motivate you during the intense workouts. Small class size which allows you meet new friends easier, a great place to meet some like minded friends ;) they did organise some activities from time to time, like Halloween and Christmas themed workout sessions.
